Baskin-robbins - Aiea

Craved for a brownie sundae the guy was very helpful and friendly. Got my fix for tonight!

I had one of those gotta have it moments with ice cream. Being that I was too lazy to drive, I decided to do a quick and convenient Door Dash order with Baskin and Robbins located in the Pearl Kai Shopping Center.I ordered a Banana Royale which comes with two scoops of ice cream which I just learned, is that it is two KIDDIE scoops of ice cream, but they still charge you the adult price of $8.00 and some change. Also, my order did not have the whipped cream and cherry that was supposed to be included because B&R determined that if you order through Door Dash or Uber Eats, they will not include the whipped cream because it will melt. Hmmm, I guess the ice cream will stay frozen though... Wow, magical ice cream!!! SMH!!!!Seriously, for the price they charge and what you actually get is a rip-off. You 're better off going to your local supermarket and purchasing a gallon of ice cream (whipped cream optional).

Went here for a birthday scoop (you get a coupon if you sign up on the app or on the website with your email). They were friendly and efficient. My friend got a mango smoothie and my other friend got a Coke. There is lots of parking and seating inside!

I was lucky to get a free scoop of ice cream on my birthday if you sign up on their application on your cell phone. I claimed mine today. I walked in and told the lady behind the counter it was my birthday and wanted to claim my free scoop but no Happy birthday from her at all. I thought that was kind of rude. Be a little more happy and greet me happy birthday. It's a kind gesture to someone especially on her birthday.Anyway, the scoop was so small. I only got a few bites and it was gone. Some places are more generous than others but oh well. Parking sucks here during the lunch hours. I managed to find a spot right up front. I would have given this place 5 stars if the lady greeted happy birthday to me and gave me a little more than a tiny scoop but that's okay. At least it was a few bites of deliciousness. Ice cream is always good here though. Pretty much on point.

1-16-23 We were asked to pick up a pre-ordered and Pre-paid birthday cake. Easy favor since it was on our way from our home to theirs.The cake was a pretty pink color. To me the wording seemed a bit tiny and squished together and looked like one letter was misspelled. Luckily no one else noticed.The ice cream cake held up on the ride there and was packed nicely in a sturdy unpeekable box.There was enough for all the immediate family guests. My habit, I ate the inside first, the Oreo ice cream and white cake, good tasting. I left the pink frosting on the cake, sworn chocolate frosting lover.When I saw the price I was surprised how high the cost has increased since I myself ordered one many years ago.All in all, a clever and pretty way to serve dessert with the ice cream and cake in one.Sparkler candle was used and spectacular to watch.
