Alpin Royal Wellness Refugium Resort

We had a good holiday in this hotel. The hotel is located along the Aurina Valley road. It has a wellness centre with sauna, Turkish bath, infrared sauna, tepidarium and swimming pool. Although in low season the service was of good level. To appreciate the afternoon snack with a first dish, sliced, vegetables and some desserts, drinks at the dispenser are included. The negative note is in the affordable price of extra consumes, I had never happened to pay water 5 € bottle.

More appearance than being! The hotel is definitely not a 4 star S!!! Staff completely overwhelmed/partly lustless! The hotel management fails completely! Only one key card was issued. At the request of the hotel management I told you: there are no more guests who would not return it) I'm sorry! 4 stars S and no key cards? Price in the upper level and no other key cards? The rooms have left the best years behind. The wellness area is not necessarily large and more than lustless. Everything in the lower segment! The outdoor pool is beautiful, but should occasionally be exchanged urgently! The food is good. The service in the hotel bar is a disaster! You almost have to ask for a drink! It is more likely to put chairs or clean up everything before the guest is served. Drinks are simply placed on the side table. I'm sorry, but I miss the words. Unfriendly, lustless and arrogant. A very regrettable mix in service! I'm sorry, but I can't do that at all! Since the prices are also fully covered. 4 x William Christbirne 44Euro! Beverage bill was also catastrophic. Drinks were simply booked in our room. No signature or similar is necessary?? The gym is also not what you can see in the pictures. The devices are good at first sight. Fantastic experience among courteous staff that makes you feel in the family, the structure that offers a lot of experiences both inside and out of the plexus! The good and variable cuisine and sweets are a real show! We plan to return as soon as possible
