In the rule, as open restaurants on the popular restaurant rest day on Monday are quite poor, we swallowed it again in the very well maintained hotel on the burg on the green and with garden provided old market in the ahrensburg. parking spaces are rar, but the hotel has a garage. the personal is very courteous and well trained; the environment is quite fine, but due to the somewhat confusing and lost, in the space-like arrangement of the well covered tables a somewhat cozy hall atmosphere is created here. Why not put some tables on the walls and windows instead of drowning them in the middle? so by hotel guests the few places were almost all occupied, but for us had exactly 1 table available luck! what was eaten: carpaccio of bark with pesto to it roasted pine nuts and parmesan pears €9,50; lambskin pink fried with jus, tasty and kartoffels €17,50 zanderfilet cros fried on leafspinate, parmesan foam sauce and band noodles 2011 riesling quarzit fleury a small selection of baguettes with 3 small hints served as a greeting from the kitchen: gerister gurkensalat and sour cream salt-free; the currydipp very spicy, but much too thin. carpaccio from the bark in proven good quality tasteful and visually appealing 4.* the main dishes came after pleasant waiting nicely dressed on stylish high-quality preheated porcelain: the better of the description I would have a whispered, expected rather boring classic and thinly cut roasted on a fried cleaner was in order, but somewhat salted and therefore the a partly fried leber was after a long ca. 15min solo get and the court not very fair calculated! the soft pink delicately perfect and well harmoniously seasoned with light garlic notes remained clearly against the somewhat covered very sharp. the zanderfilet kross knackig well with neat pfifferlingen as small part with only 9,50 € fully satisfactory calculated; in the variants on sheet spinat with band noodles, but somewhat high-priced on a mini mirror very thin-handed rather expressive white sauce with a touch paramesan, this was underestimated compared to the bare amount, too weak and after 2 pieces. an additional court came on request very short, but could have been there from the beginning. because of our experience, we were invited to a coffee in the service, there was nothing to expose and I go kitchen-technical from a pantoffel. we also try something different, but will finally be back to this otherwise recommended house.
Ahrensburger Schloss, Kulturzentrum Marstall and Restaurant Söbentein. I want to combine the sights, because at the end of the day there should be a good dinner and a bottle of wine in the Söbentein. Very cozy and clean restaurant, attentive and friendly service, the wardrobe was removed and brought to the coat. A clear menu helps to find the right food and food for appetite. The food is of good quality. Wine selection sufficient and preferred. Total price class acceptable. Reservation recommended. Overnight stay at Hotel Am Schloss Ahrensburg possible, we will surely book once.
Söbentein Restaurant Bar Café is located in the Hotel am Schloss Ahrensburg and is located directly on the Old Market Ahrensburg. In times of Corona I can recommend the stay on the new summer terrace. I had a flame-cheek with whistlers and a glass of white wine and was - also inspired by the special friendly staff. Corona-conditioned shorter menu, very tasty dishes, service very friendly, comptently attentive. Prices are very moderate for quality. It is cooked without the use of flavor enhancers! We like to come back!
