The base is called crunch which is made up of multigrain containing wheat , rice and maize and then it is further roasted over sigdi . Kind of Indian version of pizza . <br/ •<br/ •<br/ NAWAB CRUNCH WITH CHEESE : So the menu contains options without cheese . One needs to pay Rs. 30 extra if one wants to go with cheese . The crunch base is topped with green and red paste chutney with a bunch of fresh vegetables onion, tomato , cucumber , corn , peanuts and drizzled with three sauces mayo , exotic and schezwan . This is very very stomach filling . Has perfect balanced flavours . Loved the fusion of crunch with sauces and veggies .
