Mehfil - Ahmedabad

This is not a restaurant. Its part of my childhood. Visiting it since i was a kid and same taste and quality. Cheese butter masala is a must try.

I am writing this review in respect of Mr.Indrapalsingh Bhatia. I would like to narrate an experience shared by my wife. This happened yesterday when she and my Mother-in-law visited Mehfil restaurant to collect their food parcel. Order was quick and food was prepared in no time. They left restaurant and my wife was taking her vehicle out and my Mother-in-law was holding food parcel. Accidentally food parcel slipped from my mother-in-law's hands and fell on ground. All food was wasted. As our 05 year old son and old age aunt were eagerly waiting for food at home hence my wife decided to go back and reorder . She repeated the same order at front desk. Mr.Indrapalsingh surprisingly asked her for repeating the order. My wife explained him the scenario. Then she took her wallet out for payment. At her surprise Mr.Indrapalsingh denied to accept money as this was an accident. Not only that he sent his personal to carry parcel till my wife and Mother-in-law set on their vehicle. Listening to this my Mother-in-law had tears in her eyes. Mr. Indrapalsingh You have inspired me today with your kindness and generosity. I would recommend this restaurant to all my friends and colleagues not just for is great tasting food but also for Mr.Inderpalsingh who owns this place. Everything would be better if more people were like you! Your community and family is lucky to have you arround. From now onwards your restaurant will always be on top of the chart in my list of favourite places for meals. Thank you Mr.indrapalsingh Bhatia.

This restaurant is one of the oldest in town and food quality is great. Same taste whenever we go. Must try for Punjabi lover. Prompt service as well.

Exquisite Punjabi food...After Chawla3 exodus from Ahmedabad there are few authentic punjabi food chains left....here is old gold mehfil with their simple menu but very tasteful dhaba styled Delicacies.. must visit place....

Mehfil is very much close to our heart. It has been more than they have been serving and we have been their regular customer for dinner, lunch and home delivery.<br/ <br/ There will be rarely anytime item in their menu which we haven’t had. They are service wheat based rotis and chappatis and their usp is all north indian subjis in Green and Read Gravy.<br/ <br/ It’s our first choice when we have to go with family and have a great full and satisfying tummy. :
