Taverna Portoni - Agios Nikitas

Delicious food, nice staff, great prices. We were in Agios Nikitas for a week and ate there almost every night. During the day, we enjoyed their cafe, with the perfect view over the beach. Everything we tried was delicious and fresh, perfectly cooked and seasoned. The personnel is very nice, friendly and kind. I still dream of the lamb, the pork, the aubergines! And before them I wasn't really a fan of aubergines. Dear Portoni team, thank you for a heartwarming experience! Keep up the good work and hopefully until next time! Went here because of the high rating, but it was disappointing. Service was a bit miserable, they undercooked the meatballs (which they still charged us for), the music/radio wasn't tuned properly and the food was very mediocre. Much better options around. There are tables behind with a view of the sea. We took the dishes already ready in front: stuffed eggplant, stuffed peppers and tomatoes, moussaka. Everything is very good. The service is a bit rough because of the language difference. French price. 1.5 euros of bread is automatically added to the bill. Parking: The village is pedestrian. You have to park up on the road. Wheelchair accessibility: The street is sloping with large slabs. It should be possible to pass if you have good tires and strong arms.
