Traditional Tavern Dikti

Discovered on the way through. We actually wanted to go to another restaurant (recommended by the travel guide) but it was closed. The grape leaves and lamb were delicious. The lady of the house is very strict at first. Went to the tavern around 8:30 p.m., there wasn't a big selection, but the food was very tasty. We were served small cucumber bites, olives and a raki before the meal and melon for free for dessert. When we left there were a few apples to take with us. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

The food was really very good all around! But the reception wasn't great, we were there around 4:30 p.m. and it was noticed that we had disturbed the waiter and cook during their siesta! The lemonade turned out to be Fanta from a can, which we have had better experiences with homemade lemonade in Crete! Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
