That’s almost 3 years I came to this Restaurant. The food is good, but unfortunately the service is getting worse from year to year. Very slow service, wrong food, waiter who doesn’t know what food he is serving, forgetting the knives, forgetting the sauce …. We complained but the manager didn’t seem to understand that there was any problem, although other customers weren’t happy as well. You can’t improve if you don’t see that there are big problems.

Service was courteous, quick and efficient. Drinks came 5 minutes after ordering and the food about 5 later. The reason for dropping a star was the food lacked 'Thai ness '. Got a little hint of mint and basil but a finely chopped bell pepper is not a chilli. Basically the dishes all lacked spice (0/10) and that distinctive Thai flavour.

We try it every year, see prior years which we're a disaster. This year was different. They had a new server. Not much English but she worked through it and got the order correct. She took our order.6 minutes from seating and the food came in 15 minutes. Perfect! Food was excellent. A great experience. We will try it again next week!

The Thai cuisine offered in this establishment is very Europeanized to the point of being banal and without relief. However, it is not bad but disappointing as authentic Thai cuisine can be a festival of flavors.

We almost always try to give good reviews. We go back here once each season because the food is good and we hope the service is terrible. Takes minimum 30 min to get your food but tonight after 30 min we inquired and they had failed to put in the order. The staff aren't friendly. There downright rude. Maybe it's because we're Americans? They seem very unorganized. Try bbq next door it's good and they do care. 1664 is also good next door also.
