Jb's Smokehouse Barbeque - Agawam

I’d give negative stars if I could!! We waited 1 hours for a salad, fries and a burger. A whole hour ! They weren’t even that busy!!! They kept taking orders and the kitchen just threw the orders on the counter and the servers had no idea what belonged to who! Food sitting on the counter for 20+ min! Per serve safe that food is no longer able to be consumed!! Shut them down or get better kitchen staff !

Service was really quick and friendly, and the food was really good.

I received my food that had mold growing on the buns of my sandwich, the workers there couldn't of care less, I waited 20 min for a replacement meal which wasn't even that good. Won't go back to JB's again.

The food was great it filled me up so fast and digested slowly so I could go on more roller-coasters without throwing up or having to p the staff were fine and the restaurant looked amazing

Expensive for what it is, but the food is decent and the air conditioning is nice.
