Great food, fantastic people plenty of wine what could be better

Little cozy spot in the heart of afton! Family owned and operated- it's a must for a Kari's night or just a date night!

Usually try to visit any place a few times before leaving a review, I get it, not every visit is going to be flawless, but I don’t think we’ll try again. Edamame was ok, avocado wontons came out cold and weren’t anything special. Linguine Caprese with chicken was highly acidic and also came out cold with bread that smelled like it was doused in lighter fluid. Turkey Burger was genuinely bad. 10oz. Sirloin arrived well done the first time, medium well the second time, 20 minutes later. It was ordered medium rare. Deserts were average. Shrimp Boom Boom flatbread and sweet potato fries were the only genuinely good things we had. High top tables were extremely uncomfortable. I get the aesthetic but uneven stone tile top tables don’t belong in a wine bar. I had to ask several times for a water refill but glasses of wine and cocktails were refilled fast, felt like I was being ignored for not adding more money to the check. Somebody has to drive home! Check had to be fixed twice. Just an overall disappointing experience.
