Spencer's Island Beach Cafe

The restaurant is under new ownership after being closed for four years. It is unclear if it will reopen as a cafe. The establishment has been closed since 2018 and is currently not serving any food.

While exploring the Fundy coast, we stumbled upon Spencer Island and found the charming Beach Cafe. We were delighted with our dining experience there. The location is fantastic and the interior is welcoming. We ended up eating outside on the lovely patio with a fantastic view. The food and service were both excellent. It was definitely a highlight of our trip to come across this hidden gem in such a beautiful setting.

While staying in Advocate Harbour, I had both dinner and breakfast here. Dinner was the best fish and chips I've ever had flounder in a beer batter with a touch of pepper. Extremely tasty. They even let me eat the public picnic tables (there weren't any available on their patio), but i had to carry my own drink. Warning though; dessert portions are huge. The next morning I stopped for breakfast and had a huge platter of bacon and eggs that I could not finish all for about $11 including tax. And very friendly service.

The breakfast was awesome and beautifully presented. Great value! The pancakes were excellent, lots of fresh fruit, real whipping cream and local maple syrup. Excellent coffee.
