this place is a jewel in the heart of lancing. beautiful staff, great beer and a large amount of native with a real feeling of the community.
great beer and a beautiful atmosphere make this the best place I know. they never know in which interesting eclectic talks they will go, and it is easy to join!

First visit...nice to come across a friendly and airy ale house...doubtless a haven in the area. Will be back when made to go shopping in Shoreham!
