The Cricketers - Adur

The menu at this restaurant is fantastic. Although my pre-order was incorrect, it wasn't a major problem. The Guinness was excellent. I will definitely be returning.

The food was good. However, when I visited, the service was slow and not all of our courses were served at the same time, even though the restaurant was not very busy.

Unlike most pubs that have turned gastro the Cricketers still had a dedicated bar area and it's all the better for it. Food OK, service excellent, plus a great location. The beer was good too!

We were visiting to celebrate our Anniversary and we left very disappointed as the food order got lost in the system. This was not realised for over an hour which resulted in us waiting for nearly 2 hours before being served our food. Tyler our waiter was very friendly and a credit to your establishment. We were given complimentary drinks as an apology but with us having to extend our babysitter at a cost and also the fact we were not seated straight away which lead to me ordering drinks which were not included in the complimentary gesture. So we felt a few free drinks did not cover the inconvenience or dissatisfaction caused by the restaurants mistake.

Alright, it appears, food is very expensive for what one gets!
