We went on a Wednesday night, maybe 7:00pm, and were surprised to see that a lot of food was out generally, these buffet places cook only a little of each food...

It's a China buffet. Food always seems fresh and pretty tasty, not the greatest interior, but I'm there to eat
It used to be a decent buffet. The food quality has gone downhill. Had lunch today and it was really bad. Don't waste your money.
