Chipotle Mexican Grill - Adelphia

I continue to order food in advance here because it's convenient and close to work. However, they are invariably delayed but at least 10-15 minutes. The staff is completely oblivious even if it's blatantly obvious that you as a customer is standing right in front of them for help picking up your order. No one greets you and instead they do an amazing job at completely ignoring you. Then when you get your food -the portions are very inconsistent.

As with all Chipotle locations, the food tastes good. Unfortunately there are issues with the service at this location. Last night my daughter and I walked in and there was no line. No one would take our order or even acknowledge us. At first I thought it was because they were preparing online orders. However it turned out that one of the workers was piling a plate of food for himself and making himself a special quesadilla, all while ignoring us. It's funny because I was wondering how so much meat could be piled onto one plate. Finally a female worker came over and asked him what he was doing and he said he was fixing himself some food. She seemed really annoyed at this because he had been ignoring us the whole time, and now there was a long line behind us. I was also surprised to see that they had not been cleaning up the area and there was just food particles everywhere. I would like the manager to know that that girl was working very hard and trying her best to update the old food that was in the bins. It looks like there were a lot of people working, but people mostly just standing around not doing anything. She seemed to be the only one who kept working. Something else that is frustrating about this location is that they don't accept the special coupons or bonuses that you get on the app. I would have to travel at least a 1/2 hour to get to another location to cash in on those freebies. I would eat her more often, but I just get turned off by experiences like this. Even my friends tell me horror stories of waiting two hours for food placed online.

Josh was serving food, blonde hair blue eyes, made my experience so much better, such a nice engaging kid with a friendly smile!
