Del Taco - Adelanto

I'm hoping this is just an honest mistake made early in the morning, but the rice was quite undercooked, and the pinto beans were almost crunchy to chew as well.

There was barely any mild sauce, just a few packets of Del Scorcho, which I hadn't ordered. The fries were only about half full. The nachos were decent, though a bit soggy (adding a layer of cheddar on the bottom would fix that). The taco tortillas were torn apart, but the flavor was good. The strawberry drink was fantastic. Overall, it was what I expected from Del Taco at 11 PM.

The meat was mushy, and although I paid extra for sour cream and guacamole, I didn't receive either. The menu stated that the meal was supposed to come with lettuce and tomato as well, but that was missing too. To make matters worse, the food was cold and really unappetizing. I would advise against ordering from Del Taco after 9 PM, as it seems they run out of items and are overwhelmed. DoorDash is claiming my request for a refund isn't valid, but I will be calling in the morning to pursue it. #AvoidThisPlace

Cold, old meat in the tacos. Tasteless, dry beans in burritos with no secret sauce when we paid for bold. Missing quesadilla. No hot sauce, even though we asked for it. Shameful.
