100% NEGATIVE The bar staff are not customer service focused and they seem to have a bad attitude for hospitality, you have to work to get their attention as they are busy talking with each other, turns out you have to go up and get your coffee/drinks-only that the staff forgets to order and bring to our table. Later on, when i tried to order at the counter, i had to wait a for a while before there was a service staff at the counter to serve me. The service staff who took my order wasn't even apologetic and extremely unhelpful when i tried asking for recommendations. We ordered steak and pizza, but both were well below average kind of food. The steak was so tough nearly unetible and not cooked to how we ordered it and the salad and side of soggy old oil tasting soaked fries was way too salty. Pizza was like any average pizza nothing special at all (even domino does it better). I had expected more from a café in the city. Also, price of the food wasnt cheap ($30 a dish) and it definitely was not worth paying for that low quality food let alone the service or should I say lack of service!. All in all, it was a horrible terrible dining experience and I would never want to return again even for a free meal :( There are many other places to go in the city, don't bother with this place, it is a total disappointment and disgusting!

We booked the restaurant for a group function and the place wasn't too bad. There wasn't many customers around that time it felt quite private. However I didn't enjoy the food I ordered there. It was a plain dish with lots of lettuce and minimal meat. And it wasn't cheap! Most of their items on the menu are expensive as well. I don't think I'll come back.

No service...walked out. Went here for breakfast. They were not busy (less than a dozen people), sat down and read the entire paper while one of the staff walked past me multiple times while offering no service. So I got up and walked out. I have actually eaten there before and was not overly impressed by the breakfasts anyway, this just seals the deal...i won't be going back!

How this place is still in business is beyond me. No service, easily the worst food, portions sizes for budgies at 7 star prices. Absolutely nothing positive about this place. Do yourselves a favour and go somewhere else, even if it's 2 hours away. Anything is better.
