Bodri's Hungarian Artisan Bakery & Cafe

Do you want to taste a bit of Hungary without travelling all the way to magnificent Budapest? Just visit Bodri's at Adelaide Central Market and indulge in delicious handmade and freshly baked artisan pastries. These include both walnut and poppy-seed beigli, vanilla kifli, and my favourite the sweet ricotta pocket. There are savoury pastries as well; and if you like pizza you must try the langallo, a Hungarian version of pizza. Bodri's treats are irresistible. Their Lucaffe Italian premium coffee is also fantastic, simply delicious every time. On top of that you get excellent friendly service. Once tried you will keep going back.

Great authentic Hungarian pastries, my mum and my grandmother wouldn't have made it any better. Very friendly and warm Hungarian owners. Nice reminder of Hungarian family ties!

The Bodri's Hungarian Bakery and Cafe is located in the Central Market Arcade off Gouger Street in Adelaide. Almost every time when I'm in the area (a pity that's not so often) I am lured by the smell of good coffee and delicious pastries. My favourite is the sweet cheese pocket. If I don't have much time to sit down and have a coffee I take a couple of pastries to go to enjoy them at home.I recommend these freshly baked Hungarian delicacies with their excellent coffee.You can also enjoy a delicious lunch there.

Easy location in the Adelaide Central Markets. Eat in or take away. Friendly service and authentic desserts. Do yourself a favour when you want to try something different from Hungry but ant afford to go there call in and have a treat.

Stopped by Bodri's to try something new. Their Hungarian pastries were definitely worth trying, and their premium Italian coffee was something a little different, a creamier taste with great flavour. If you want to try something new, take the time to find Bodri's , but be prepared to pay a little bit more than normal. Tasty and authentic and worth paying the bit more.
