The Kings Table - Adelaide Hills

Definitely recommend to book, we were just lucky enough that there were three spare seats which were on the same table with a different couple so it does get packed. There is an outdoor alfresco area but it has no shelter at all so obviously it's no good if it's raining or freezing cold. The kitchen is actually out the front of the restaurant which makes for a pretty cool atmosphere. Definitely recommend one of the swords which they say is enough to feed two people but we had it between three people with a couple of sides and it works out to be quite good value. The great thing about this place is that it's something different, it's not the normal run of the mill restaurant. Keep up the great work guys

Delicious, Delicious and Delicious! Beautiful meat (pork and beef) and unique fresh salads. Complementary sparkling water! Yes free of charge. So refreshing. Even if you are not a meat lover, you will like this place. The meat is fresh and perfectly cooked. Can't beat the charcoal flavour! You can seat inside or outside. Plenty of shade. Staff were very friendly. We'll come back with all the kids next time. They will love the chips because we did! We just ate everything.

A new restaurant that only opened three weeks ago. They do charcoal grilled bbq. We loved the pork ribs with the mango papaya salad and the garlic mushrooms! It was really fresh and super tasty. Try their wine also! You can’t go wrong with their Shiraz!

If ever you are in Hahndorf south australia and you love good food you need to check this place out. Porkbelly on the sword is recommended and simply melts in the mouth. Super friendly service.
