River Front - Addo

Hands down the best wholesome, flavorful, well balanced and thought out menu! My starter and main meal was tasty and succulent. Not to mention a wonderful vibe and authentic African feel!

4 of us went on a Sunday afternoon for lunch and it was great. The location is very nice. The restaurant filled up after we arrived and it was atmospheric. The food was delicious. We each had a different type of meat and the vegetables from the garden were awesome. We had a lovely afternoon.

Can't say enough about our experience here. The staff, the vibe, the view, the menu all amazing! From our broccoli soup and handmade hummus starters, to perfectly prepared springbok and kudu filets accompanied by more fresh vegetables than you can imagine, this was one of the best meals we had in our two week trip to South Africa. It's a must stop if you're in the Addo area.

We are so glad we decided to stop in here for lunch today! After checking out the other mediocre restaurants in the area, this one definitely stands out by a mile. The wonderful owners showed us incredible hospitality, brought us warm drinks, set our kids up with entertainment, and helped us choose some incredible food. The ostrich was perfectly cooked and served up with TEN different veggie sides. All so delicious! We ate with a gorgeous view over the river and the rain pounding down on the roof overhead, then the sun came out and we wandered through the front garden (our daughter loved the chickens! . A very special experience that I highly recommend if you’re in the area!
