Portillo's Hot Dogs - Addison

Always good. Lots of choices. Italian beef sandwich is what I get. Dry either the gravy and hor peppers on the side. So it's not soggy when you get it or get home. Unless you like it like that

It's a perfectly good location but can get slow during the lunch rush.

Avoid this location. I got horrible food poisoning from their grilled chicken sandwich several months ago. It was so bad, my doctor told me to go to the ER. I can never trust another portillos or grilled chicken from a drive-thru again.

Food is good and consistent as you would expect at any Portillos, staff was friendly. The dining area was clean.

Went through the drive through today and Sabrina was awesome patient and kind and took my order and made sure the workers inside made it how I asked. Thank you sabrina! Keep up the great work!
