Hidden jewel in Addison for families before taking Happy Hour Hits and weekend parties. For adult groups and couples a good place to play or a night out. Cool bowling alley with fun drinks options and traditional bar food offers. Cocktails are on the sweeter side. Nice game floor, too. The night we went, Alley had 4 many problems, but the staff immediately addressed it. Also a few games were broken/not-work right and back, our card was quickly refunded. The virtual reality game is worth the 13 points per person. We go back because this is a great indoor option during the curved heat.

What a place. Amazing experience . Very good food and tasty. The bar counter is best among all areas and the var tender is also very friendly and supportive. I feel that everyone who want to enjoy must come here. Moreover. The gaming arena is best. They have 3d, 4d, 5d games which really feel good they have ice hockey which is really fun to play. The bowling area is very neat and clean. They also play best songs and you can enjoy their music. They also have huge screen in bowling arena so while u do bowling, u can watch your favorite matches and songs. The staff is amazing and I felt it's totally a worth coming here again and again. You can also win tickets and then encase those tickets to get prizes. I believe this is the most fun, and loving area I even had in Dallas. I must suggest this place to every fun going person.

On the day of the party, I arrived about 10 minutes early to prepare for the guests. Upon entering, I noticed there weren't many people around, and all the employees were gathered together. I asked our party server if everything was okay, and they informed me that they were preparing for a buyout event. No one had mentioned this when I booked the event. When the party started, our food didn't arrive until 4:45 PM, and it took a long time to get additional food. When I inquired about the delay, I was told it was because they were preparing for the other event. The adults who ordered drinks were cut off at 5:30 PM because they were getting ready for the buyout. Around 5:45, we approached the manager, Jose, to express our feelings about the rushed party. I indicated that it felt hurried, but he just shrugged it off. We tried to play games afterward, as that was part of our package, but we heard someone saying we needed to leave and he even started taking my son's birthday balloons away. My husband had to take our son outside because he was upset that he couldn't play games. As we left, we noticed a large sign blocking the entrance that said "closed to the public." Parents who attended told me the next day that they were confused by the sign and thought the party was canceled. If I had known about all of this ahead of time, I would never have booked here. This is not how you should treat your guests. It took four days for anyone to try to resolve this issue, and no one was truly helpful. I spoke to Brooke, Morgan, and Michelle G. in the sales office and left several messages for Olivia, but no one reached out to assist me. I received an email from Elena Martin that essentially accused me of lying. But why would I lie? I do not have to fabricate anything about how unfairly I was treated. This experience was especially difficult for me because my son was involved, and I take such matters very seriously. We just wanted to have a good time, but that was completely ruined.

First time coming here and my girlfriend and I had so much fun. The loaded fries were amazing and the service was great. Besides bowling, there are also arcades, billiards, and other things to do. Will be coming again for sure!
