Blue Mesa Grill - Addison

My family went to Blue Mesa for our vacation dinner. I had never heard of it before, so I decided to stick to vegetarian options. I enjoyed the ginger rice, smoky black beans, blue corn cheese enchilada, and corn cake. The food was all delicious! The beans in particular surprised me with their smoky flavor, which made me think they were made with smoked ham or bacon. Turns out, the beans are actually vegetarian, like many items on their menu. I checked their website and found information on which dishes are vegetarian and can be made vegan. Overall, the taste was excellent, especially the ginger rice!

I recently had the pleasure of trying the breakfast buffet at Blue Mesa Grill, and I have to say it was a fantastic dining experience. From the moment we walked in, the attentive and professional staff made us feel very welcome. The atmosphere was lovely, and the service was excellent throughout our meal. I want to give a shoutout to the general manager, Diana, whose exceptional leadership definitely played a role in making our visit so great. The breakfast buffet itself was delicious and had a wide variety of high-quality options. I can't praise the staff and the dining experience at Blue Mesa Grill enough. I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable dining experience. The experience at the restaurant was enjoyable, although there were a few aspects of the building that required some attention. The table was a bit sticky, but overall it was a pleasant experience. I am likely to come back in the future. The happy hour had good prices on drinks.

Elvira was fantastic! She was friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere at Blue Mesa Addison is lovely. I highly recommend it!

This is the second year that we've gone to Blue Mesa on thanksgiving. If you are planning on going here for dinner on Thanksgiving 2024 I would definitely say that you need to make a reservation b,/c even with a reservation we were having a way 45 minutes for a table. The food was definitely top notch. Definitely worth the money and the wait!
