Sonic Drive-in - Adamsville

I just ordered and the first girl on the speaker didn't respond to us after we asked what we wanted. We waited about three minutes, then pressed the button again, only to be met with a very rude response from another girl. It was strange because it seemed like the first girl was still on the line but didn’t say anything the whole time we were waiting. If she didn’t disconnect, why didn’t she respond to us? Better training is definitely needed. Thanks!

Went by adamsville sonic to get a cone. Little ladles inside saw my pit bull and brought him a bowl of whipped cream! He is a fan for life now!!! Thanks Sonic

I come here often!! Like DAILY! This Sonic is rude and slow! I placed an online order which I do normally after 22 minutes (let me add two cars had pulled in ordered, paid and received their order) so I push the button to see what?s up and they told me?someone called to cancel your order but we?ll be out? I told her no one called to cancel my order I have been sitting out herewaiting as carhops walk past me. They wasn?t busy!! It was about 10:15 am. I don?t have an issue while placing an order inperson but it?s ALWAYS an issue online. So they finally brought my order which was then COLD!!! They act like it?s my fault? Itold them to remake the tots at least and they did. I?m just over spending $25-30 bucks a day and be treated horrible. It?s notthat hard. If you don?t like your job find another!! Custmer service needs WORK!!

I couldn't get a milkshake because they were out of ice cream. It seems like they might also be out of either onion rings or milk.

What’s the purpose of being able to place an order in advance with a specified arrival time if it ends up taking 15 minutes longer? Honestly, I wouldn’t bother ordering ahead if I had the time to just sit and wait.
