Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Ada

Sat in the drive thru for ten minutes being ignored so when i finally stood up to get their attention, lady with dark hair ran to the back to chat with the delivery person. absolutely stupid. i work in the food industry as well and understand being busy but at least we pay attention to the drive thru

We?ve been in twice and both times it was filthy. Various types and colors of hair all over the counter(both animal and human), food crumbs all over the floor, smudges on the doors and divider glass.. really expected a newer location like this one to be cleaner. Worries me about consuming anything that comes from there. Highly unlikely we?ll be back.

While I'm thankful they clean the floor I think the amount of dirty water puddles they were mopping up was a little much ... it was gross .... as for the smoothies they tastef great but I was not pleased with the wait time considering there was no line when we walked in

It looks nice. some of the employees was ok.but it took us 20 min for 2 smoothie and it wasnt busy.and the taste of them was terrible. we wont be back.

Over a 30 minute wait for a salad and smoothie with nobody in the store. 1 employee walking around griping about only 3 employees but not working on the order.
