Pizza Hut - Acworth

We ordered from the P{izza HUt in Acworth, on Cobb Parkway/Hwy 41 near Cedarcrest Rd. our order was ready according to the app on my cell, my but we waited over 30 minutes in our car to get the cold food!!!Do NOT use this Pizza Hut, they care less!!!

There is a particular woman that works the night shift. She is terrible at customer service. Don’t go through the drive through to pickup your online or phone order. Go inside the store. She will forget about you and leave you sitting there. This happened on the night of 12/02/2023.

Pizza was ordered via the PH app.. the store used Doordash to deliver it. Pizza never came, couldn't get a refund since the pizza left store. Too much of a hassle spending 45 minutes on the phone with Door Dash and Pizza Hut Corporate to still not have a resolution or refund. I wouldn't order from here again....

Waited for 20 minutes for an order that I had placed over an hour ago, 1 personal pan pizza. The lady kept working on other orders and didn’t care to get me mine. Bad customer service, don’t ever ordering from this

I do door dash and this was my first time being in this store and manager accused me of multiple orders not being delivered and wouldn't let me pick up an order as I was on the ? be with the customer waiting... I will never do a pick up from this store ever
