Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Acworth

Worst frozen yogurt experience our family ever had. Half of the yogurts weren't even frozen, just soupy mess. When I thought I'd play it with vanilla. The worst to the taste of bitter taste tasted like cleaner. Will not be back and not recommend. Wouldn't be surprised if this situation closes soon. It needs a new management badly.

The store opens at 11:30, I'm coming at noon, donating ice cream to it quite watery. I'll ask the employee to look like that. The machines cool the ice. Okay, open when the ice is ready. No rocket science. Too many options on Cobb Pkwy I won? not back. Good luck.

My children love to come here because they can put candy on their ice cream. We also like it because we can control the price by controlling the amount. Unfortunately, this place is on the hill. Prices seem to have become more expensive and unfortunately the experience has deteriorated. Year after year this place has just become dirty, the floors have got stickers, and it is common to have several froyo machines unloaded or issue melted froyo. I swear, even the lighting has become worse. Hardly trusting inspiring. The service has decreased in service with less enthusiasm and greetings from the individual employee/Cashier. You probably only have a lot to do to run the place alone.

Friendly staff, but yogurt was missing, everything melted when the machine came out. Other machines were shut down. Definitely not worth the $18.00 spent. It also had a strong fabuloso smell.

This menchies used to be great but the last few times I?ve been in the past year it has been awful. This time the restrooms were closed, half the ice cream machines were turned off, and the syrup pumps were not working and the workers did nothing to help. The customer service is not that good and they are not friendly and seem as if they are inconvenienced by customers . Most of the tables are sticky and it?s not worth the price anymore. Mind you it was 3 hours before closing. I wish it was as good as it used to be. The frozen yogurt shop in lakepoint is way better for the price.
