Jimmy John's - Acworth

I come to this place on the way to work atleast once a week, I never have to be late because they are so fast, get all 100% right, and have great customer service. Your food is always fresh, never confused lettuce, always a good choice for lunch. I would give them more stars if it were possible.

There are hardly any meat on these documents?! My husband and I have eaten JJ in Florida for years. We moved to Acworth and were so disappointed by the lack of meat at the Subs at the Acworth site. He even ate at a different site in GA recently and said that site had added a lot more meat. Apparently we only have sad little sandwiches at this Acworth site. Also, the last time I was there, what was a while ago, I got my sub and sat down. I decided I wanted paprika on my lower part after taking some bites, so I went to the counter to ask some on the side. The man who works said he couldn't give it to me and that he had to put it on the sub-what? He also mentioned that the woman with whom he had spoken was the owner and she was very strict about doing this kind of things, looked at me as if he were in trouble. Okay, I decided I'd never eat in this restaurant again and I'd have?t. I now get my subs in Jersey Mike?s and Firehouse and they are waaaaay better and I didn't miss Jimmy Johns AT ALL!!!

Always a great experience with Jimmy Johns. You have great sandwiches at good prices. The lobby is always clean and welcoming.

I can't believe how quickly we were served at this restaurant! Our sandwiches were ready before I even finished using the credit card machine—what an impressive turnaround. The staff was incredibly friendly, the restaurant was spotless, and the food was just as delicious as always. I would definitely go out of my way to return to this place because the service was outstanding! This should be the benchmark for all Jimmy John's locations and really for any fast-casual restaurant!

I find myself ordering from here nearly every other day since my job keeps me from going during work hours. I won't go into detail about the food quality—it's Jimmy John's, so you know what to expect. However, the staff and service are truly outstanding. I once ordered food at midnight, and it arrived within just five minutes! I was amazed at how fast that was. I usually place the same order, so I think the team recognizes my order and starts preparing it as soon as they see the phone ring. I typically just give them my card number, and the entire call lasts about a minute. The staff are always friendly and fantastic!
