Hardee's - Acworth

As soon as my friend and I were finally greeted at the counter, the cash register (our reception says his name was Walter) was very nice. I gave my order first and even repeated my order twice chicken grilled Burrito with chips and salsa and 2 acid creams. Since he repeated me, I felt confident that he did it. My friend ordered his burger next, and we paid. We waited for our food for about 10 minutes, but we were patient. We get our food and go back to our truck to check the order, and my acid creams are missing. My friend doesn't even go back to the front door a few seconds after he left and the employees had locked them up and disappeared from sight. So we tried to go through the drive thru and when we arrived there, the conversation said they were closed. This is Friday evening and currently 9:36, with written hours is 5:00-10:00 on Friday. They closed well 30 minutes early, with which they might usually get away. With Kovid affecting the hours for many restaurants, I am usually more with unexpected closures, but that was avoidable. For anyone who was responsible for tonight or overall, this one star review was one that you did not deserve, but for the bad administration plus a confused order, you have.

Ordered big burger. The bun was wet. Sandwich was awful. 2 kids chicken strips meals. You could tell they haven't changed the fryer oil in a very long time. Took 15 min at the Drive through to get the meals to us! Never will eat Hardees again!

Employees were just standing around talking to each other rather than acknowledging the customers

Please don?t go here. We love Hardee?s and are honestly some of the least picky people out there but we waited on our food for about 15 minutes, not a single customer in sight besides us, the food was extremely cold and gross by the time it got to us. The staff was also rude taking our order. They ?weren?t able to make? the majority of the food on the menu.

Incredibly slow, employees walking around on mobile phones. Unclean. No chicken tenders? The car in front of me is also waiting for their order.
