Contribuiți la feedbackIf I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would! First off, we have COVID and ordered pizza because we were too sick to cook. We requested contactless delivery for our safety. When our food arrived, it was cold and our bowl was missing. I called the manager, Cynthia, who said she would remake the bowl and take the old one back. That's fine, but because we have COVID, I mentioned that we should keep it, as I’m attaching a positive test result. However, she insisted she still needed the original bowl returned. So she's willing to put her workers and the delivery driver at risk? We didn’t want the first bowl back anyway and were perfectly willing to throw it away to avoid any contact. But she wanted it back after we've touched it? Then, when I asked how long it would take, she said 30 minutes or more. Keep in mind, we spent nearly $40 and still didn't have our meal! I will be contacting corporate on Monday and I've already sent an email. We used to order from here all the time, but not anymore!
I had the worst customer service experience at this Domino's location. When I walked in to pick up a carryout order, there was another customer waiting as well. After several minutes without any assistance, I asked that customer if anyone had helped her, and she replied no. The manager then passed by us and walked out of the store to deliver pizzas to someone outside. When she returned, I approached her to request assistance. Her response was, "I'm busy." When the other customer pointed out that at the very least, she could have acknowledged our presence, the manager brusquely repeated that she was busy. When I asked to speak to a manager, she told me, "I’m the manager," and turned away dismissively. It seems like the owner of this store doesn’t train their staff to provide basic customer service. I will not be giving any of my business to this location ever again.
Sometimes the pizza is not that great but the price is so affordable and the service is fast. I usually pick up and sadly most of the time it's one young person doing everything all alone. Someone did decorate the windows with very cute Halloweendecorations.
I placed an online order and went to pick it up. I saw on the monitor that my order was ready, but no one acknowledged me while I stood there waiting. It wasn't until the delivery guy spoke up that I mentioned I needed assistance. The young lady in charge argued with me instead of offering help. I tried to explain that customer service means acknowledging customers, even when things are busy, but she continued to argue. The young manager didn't say a word until I asked for her, and even then, she remained silent. Frustrated, I told them to keep the food and sent an email to their corporate office. The customer service was extremely poor, and it was rude for them to argue with a customer. Shaking my head in disbelief!
I normally order from Papa Johns, but my husband convinced me to go with Dominos. Each time I get my delivery orders there is always something wrong, from the pizza being too cold, to the slices not being cut thoroughly to items on my pizza i didn'torder, and now this time my thin crust pizza was literally STUCK to the box. I say most of this is not on the driver, it startsin the store with Quality Assurance!
