Contribuiți la feedbackThe atmosphere was quite tense due to the long wait for food. There were cars lined up around the building. I was very disappointed because the service had always been quick and reliable in the past. Even if there was a long line, I would typically choose to go there, knowing I could get through quickly.
I typically order a gallon of tea from them once a week. The tea dispenser is placed on a high shelf, requiring staff to lift their arms above shoulder height to fill the gallon jug. This can be quite heavy, and it seems only the taller employees are able to do it without difficulty—something I personally find to be a poor design choice. If the dispenser is empty, an employee must bring a large plastic container filled with several gallons of tea from the fridge in the back to refill it. Unfortunately, many staff members seem unable to handle this task, which means I often see the same few employees doing it repeatedly. My weekly visits have shown a noticeable decline in friendliness, efficiency, and customer service, making me intentionally seek out other locations. However, yesterday, I found myself in front of this store and needed my weekly gallon of tea. The drive-thru wait was surprisingly short, but when I received my tea, it was so light it hardly looked like tea at all. I have decided that I will not return to this location. In contrast, I have never encountered such issues at Brookstone, which is operated by the same owner. They consistently provide friendly service, are helpful, and their food is always delicious!
On 08/13/2022, I had a great experience with Jenna, Trevor, and Isaac. On 05/01/2022 around 7:30 PM, I went inside to take a break and decided to eat there. I ordered my usual and within minutes, a lady brought my platter to me. She told me she personally counted the pickles and double-checked my order to ensure everything was accurate. To my surprise, everything was perfect! What a refreshing change. She also mentioned that she checked the app, and as I had pointed out, the description indeed listed pickles; she apologized for that mistake. I wish I could remember her name; she was very nice. On 04/16/2021 at 6 PM, given their history with accuracy, I decided to eat inside again. Just two days prior, I went through the drive-thru, and spent $22 on a Celiac order, only to get home and find buns on both grilled chicken sandwiches, plus no pickles or tomatoes as I had requested. Today, I spent $11 and ordered a Deluxe Grilled Chicken Sandwich with extra pickles and tomatoes, no lettuce, medium waffle fries with no salt, and a Diet Coke. I placed my order in the app and confirmed it while seated at my table. Due to previous experiences with their incompetence, I approached the front manager to express my frustration about consistently receiving cold waffles when they finally corrected my order. When my order arrived at the table, I found only one pickle. I had to go back, and the staff brought more pickles to the table. Then, a guy appeared with my “dirt Coke,” which was not Diet Coke. I exchanged that at the front. As usual, both my waffle fries and sandwich were cold. The staff at this location just can't seem to get it right. I paid $11 for that experience and $22 for the prior mistake on Thursday night. It’s the same problem every single time. I sat there and watched as numerous drive-thru customers came in with bags or sandwiches that were either incorrect, poorly assembled, or missing items. This is a daily occurrence at this Acworth location.
They are always so nice and fast. People need to appreciate them more, because they really work hard to be a fast food restaurant. They are structured, a team and they treat people so much better than most fast foods. Especially the young kids itmakes me proud as a parent to see these kids so mannerable, they way I raised my kids so that goes to say something about theparents. So thank you for always being courteous and mannerable. You guys do an AWESOME job!!! ?
Came here 10/25/22. Not only did they forget to give me a single packet of honey bbq for my grilled chicken sandwich (even tho I ordered online requested extra with every single item in my order) but my gluten free bun packaging was opened and wet inside!that?s a contamination risk for people with gluten allergies. It was soggy and un-eatable. service here is always horrible, thisisn?t the first time things like this have happened. it shouldn?t happen multiple times though, just drive the extra miles andgo to a different chick-fil-a.
