Contribuiți la feedbackVery slow service. We ordered dishes that weren't served. We also ordered salmon and we recieved tuna. The waiter argued that it was salmon and then the manager said that the salmon was finished and he decided to change to tuna. Only one waiter speaks a bit of English. They changed the bill 2 times because of mistakes.
DISASTER! Very slow service and staff super unpolite. We waited more than 1 hour for the food to arrive and It was very cold. We tried to get the staff attention but no one cared. The boss was very arrogant and when we asked for the bill he didn't apologise at all,75 euro for two starters and two cold pastas. Very unprofessional, this is not the way to treat customers. Low quality of service and food. PLEASE stay away!
Awful experience as a friendly tourist couple yesterday. The owner tried to rip us off, became aggressive and actually ripped up our receipt and threw it after being caught over charging us. We only stayed for one drink each and the bill was 46 Euros, for two rum shots and one coke. When I questioned the owner came over and explained that 10 Euros was a service charge! They charged us for a coke we didn’t have, and charged us for a rum brand we didn’t order (the most expensive kind). I politely explained that I would not be charged 10 euros for service on a 45 euro bill, they over charged us for drinks we didn’t have, and that I did not order their most expensive rum. The owner became aggressive and ripped up the bill, threw it across the floor and we ended up paying 30 euros and left astounded. Tourists in particular are advised to avoid this place.
Only stopped for 4 drinks, sat in a side alley and still charged €10 cover! Also overcharged for wine tried to charge €5 when we had local wine which was €3 on menu. Not impressed!
Restaurant booked by phone at 10.00 per dinner (venerd I ask a place for two sea side for 22.15 arrival in time and my ready table with sea view worthy of the best occasions. location: a beautiful beach platform with 40/50 places with pleasant lighting. staff: nice and prepared in the suggestions for choosing from the menu, always with mask kept correctly considering the temperatures I consider very respectful for customers). menu: typical fish dishes not only of Sicilian cuisine. we took two appetizers the best choice for those who want to taste a bit of everything with the right portions,) a ton tartare that for correctness immediately specified to be long and two first well mixed with rich seasoning. account: right for a choice of paper. the fixed menu costs a little less but of course the courses are not free to choose. welcome the final biscuit and the passito berth offered by the house.
