Bambuco - Acapulco de Juárez

Bambuco Restaurant at Hotel El Cano for an excellent dinner. Waiting staff was great and our Paella was as we expected more than great.

Some of the dishes were included in the room rate. We ordered the special menu a few times. The fish was amazing. The desserts were great. I loved the egg ranchero style for breakfast. The location on the water was great.

I was in this hotel so food here was convenient. But for breakfast and lunch the buffet was not very good, so I decided to order a la carte. The fish tacos and other snacks that were decent. The view is amazing, so I wouldn't mind going back for drinks and some snacks.
