Hakkasan Abu Dhabi

I used to think that this restaurant was the best in the Emirates Palace, but after yesterday’s experience, my opinion has changed. Despite it being the weekend, the restaurant was not as crowded as I expected. The drinks took a long time to be served and the main course took nearly 40 minutes. Although they mentioned that the kitchen was busy and there would be a delay, it still took 40 minutes. It was my birthday and the restaurant was aware of the occasion. I was hoping for a complimentary birthday cake, as is customary in any 4-star hotel, but unfortunately, there was nothing. They simply thanked us for dining. I give them a rating of 1 out of 5 for the sake of the Emirates Palace.

The food and atmosphere were excellent at this restaurant, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The timing of each course was perfect.

The food, service, and overall experience at this restaurant are incredible! I highly recommend it if you're in Abu Dhabi. The vegetarian dim sum is one of the best I've ever tasted.

I know it was the weekend, but the restaurant wants so much overcrowded. the drinks were served late and the main course lasted almost 40 minutes. they once said the kitchen is overwhelmed and will be delayed, yet it took 40 minutes. it was my birthday and the restaurant knew we were sitting. at least what I expected is a price for cake that every 4 start hotel does. absolutely nothing! They just thank you for eating. 1/5 for the sake of the emirate palace
