Contribuiți la feedbackUpon arrival, we were guided to our seats in a large air-conditioned tent where we engaged in light conversation and observed the other diners until the call to break the fast at the Grand Mosque. The restaurant offered a variety of local specialties including grilled goat and beef, endless tiger shrimps, mixed grill, kibbeh, and a selection of standard salads. However, when I inquired about an orange drink on the server's table, I was informed that it was an additional charge. Despite already spending 640 Dirhams on the buffet, I found this to be unreasonable.
The service was excellent and the food was delicious. This restaurant is a fantastic spot for enjoying Iftar, and the location is absolutely beautiful.
Our experience at the restaurant was disappointing. The staff did not acknowledge our reservation through OpenTable, causing us to wait. There was also confusion at the reception when we were wearing shoes but saw guests in sandals. The seating was satisfactory, but we were surprised by the limited variety of dishes. The nuts were exceptional and deserving of a 5-star rating. However, the overall experience fell short of our expectations given the reputation of the Emirate Palace. The cost of the iftar was 300, which we felt was too high for the quality of food and ambiance provided.
