Penn Station East Coast Subs - Aboite

Once again I have a problem with this location. It's the same guy, don't know his name, but he completely ignores me when I come here. I think it was Wednesday this past week. He is chit chatting with an employee and all I need is for him to hand me my order. I wait 3-4 minutes before speaking up and then he cops an attitude with me. He claims he never saw me which was a complete boldfaced lie. When I come here other times the service is really great. This guy has some sort of problem and he thinks his conversations with staff about things outside thuis business are more important than customer service. I ran restaurants for 20 years, I know we don't always have perfect days, but something needs corrected at this location.

I work here. It's very great, not always perfect but we put our all into making sure this place is clean and the food is done right.

Staff was incredibly rude and the general manager was not wearing a hat to keep her hair off the food nor was she wearing a glove on both hands even though she was touching the food.

Good food, horrible service. Rude and typical for a bunch of high school kids. Now a days there is no such thing as good service. It shows that they really do t want to be here

I had a coupon. I called ahead. Mentioned my coupon. Made order. I show up and only just after paying realize they charged me full price. I mention this to the cashier a wonderful black lady, she was great. She calls over the manager, and dude acts like I'm asking for the nuclear launch codes. It's a sandwich shop buddy. Coupons are designed to get more traffic, this man is driving customers away. The attitude, he had was like how dare I have coupons. Even after the cashier was like yeah, he did call ahead. Bottom line, not sure I'm going back. Edit I have since learned that some stores have employees comment on here to boost the score. Talk about digging in your heels. Thanks for the response corporate, instead of offering another coupon, you fix the employees. Where in my review was the coupon or the food the problem?
