I am not a local but Conjure makes me wish I was! The brew craft is top-notch here with in-house syrups, delightful arbory atmosphere, and a fantastic staff of one making fun conversation as us five guys popped in ten minutes before closing on a busy Saturday afternoon! The snazzy gal, wish I remembered her name, served us up quickly; and I noticed she managed to mix everything properly without leaving sludge on the bottom which is a real trick and treat for five orders and turning off the open sign to avoid having to send away an impending wedding rush of people next door in the conservatory! We all went for the basic signatures, miel, salted caramel, and vanilla lattes, great to have a rewards program here syncing across all three Conjure locations. My good buddy was hesitant to spend five on coffee but some convincing and a sip later we had another believer in the fruit bean brew magic! Was glad I got to show off a proper espresso place where they make their own syrups for a first timer, no better spot to introduce a newbie to the java life. Can highly recommend, it was great to finally try the third Conjure joint since the main station closes two hours earlier.
