‪namak By Kunal Kapur‬

After the attempt many of his recessions from his YouTube channel, I can say that I am beginning to cook from kunal kapoor’s. his reviews are always easy to make and polish out! that is a reason why we are happy to visit namak. When I arrived, I felt that this place looks much better in person. there are many good spots to make personal pictures, e.g. the wall at the entrance is a beautiful background for a great picture and a tree right in front of the restaurant. we have been with ‘kala jeera drink’ dishes followed by a basket of papad(I love fine dunes that offer free beer, good that do not love freebies ; what we ordered-bread pakora(made with charcol batter -shake shake(lotus stemchips with tamrind chutney and curd -tacos -gulab jamunis) the personal is courteous, friendly and cheerful. Orders are via ipad. . ps: when they visit a speacial occasion, e.g. birthday, jubilee etc. better to say them in advance and be ready for a beautiful surprise.

One has to try dishes are khitchda and moliee fish curry. amazing experience.

So we went here for our 3rd Wedding Anniversary, as soon as we walked in the Manager seated us to our table and we were greeted by a motherly Nepali woman called Sumila, Who excitedly gave recos on the food and drinks. The start wasn’t a good one, as the drinks, though looked very good but the taste was very poor. However, we moved on and well, the food overshadowed our drinks experience and we were blown away. We called for the Potato Gujia and the Khao Suey. Furthermore, we stuck to the basic drinking options, G&T for me and KF for her. The good part for a G&T connoisseur is that they serve Fever Tree Tonic. We then ordered for the Tiramisu and were pleased by the sweet gesture of the manager who for our anniversary got us a complimentary 2nd dessert, the Payasam. Boy, we wiped both of them ! All in all a good culinary experience, albeit the cocktails and the so-so ambience. And 5* for Sumila !

Had been for my 1st anniversary yesterday and i must say the service levels at the restaurant are superb, especially Musthafa Sishir deserve a special mention. We were given a brief of every dish we ordered and the presentation of all dishes was brilliant, especially oops i dropped my chaat Main course options are limited but tasty. The team were courteous to bring a cake for my anniversary at the end : PS-ADCB Card holders get 20% off bill or alternatively Zomato gold is also available as of date.
