Subway Sandwiches Salads - Abilene

They gave me the completely wrong sandwich, no meat, nothing but vegetables! I asked for a Chicken Bacon Ranch and I ended up with a veggie sandwich instead and so when I went back there to have them fix it, I realized it was after hours, because their new hours is that they shut down at 8pm. This was like at 8:05/8:10, and she would not even come to the door to see what was wrong, and I was trying to explain to her that I was given the wrong sandwich and she basically brushed me off and said “no, we close at a 8, go away!” Very very rude!!! So I paid for a sandwich I don’t even want! You don’t do this to your customers, to someone whose very hungry worked a long day! Not happy at all!! From looking at all the bad reviews, it’s shameful how poorly managed this store is run!

Bad service. No friendliness. Sandwich maker walked up with an angry face and took way longer than normal to make sandwich. It's okay that prices have gone up and the breakfast sandwiches are no longer available. However, cucumbers slices were not fresh (a little slimy) and no mention was made for the extra charge of $2-3 for bacon until after the sandwich was made. Subway sandwiches used to be very flavorful and the one I had was quite bland. Asked for the manager who was not in at lunchtime when the food preparers could have used some help and direction.

The food is always delicious, and the manager (I assume) is extremely polite. When there was an issue with our order, he handled it graciously and prepared a fresh meal without any fuss. (I might just be a bit picky!) I would definitely recommend this place and truly appreciate the excellent service!
