Heff's Burgers - Abilene

Great food, big portions and great price. The staff was very friendly, helpful and friendly. We always chose this place when we visit Abilene. Enjoy!

Prepare for a trip back to time! The atmosphere gives you an old school style dinner perfect for appointments. The burgers are the highest and good choice of ice creams.

Forward ordered and food was not ready for another 15 minutes after the pickup period. Purchased onion rings were then said they had no onion rings on the pick-up window. I was told to work through the app for a refund that is not an option. The food was subpar. The burger was very dry, little to no taste and the frits were stale and not seasoned. High prices for low quality.

What happened to Heffs? Last 3 times we visited the Antilley site, it was dirty, no single clean table and service was not good with unfriendly teenagers. Previously a great place to take the family, but will probably be our last time as this is a topic lately.

The burger was just okay; it was a bit dry, and I feel like I could have grilled a better one at home. They also didn't include cheese on the burger, nor did they ask if I wanted to add it. The condiment and drink area, as well as the tables, could have used a good cleaning. The staff were friendly, but I likely won't return.
