Arby's - Abilene

I tend to go here when I want decent food, fast service, and very friendly and professional service, which isn't always available at the other fast food places in town . I've never waited longer than 5 minutes for food through the drive thru here.I appreciate that they really push very friendly helpful staff here.

Passed through on a road trip and this Arby's is awful. The girl at the drive thru was quite rude when I asked for a Jamocha shake, stating that they only had chocolate or vanilla. I let this go even though it's on the menu, but the cashier charged meanyway for the shake they didn't have. My order was also severely messed up with half of the items incorrect. I discourageanybody from coming here until they care.

Tried the new rib sandwich and it was fresh and delicious. I wish they still had waffle fries, I am not a fan of Arby fries.

Just what you would expect from Arby's except it was busy... extremely busy. I haven't seen an Arby's this busy in decades. I was eating my food as I watched the entire kitchen collapse like a miniature post apocalyptic society and it was glorious.

Love these wraps. Would love to be able to request extra delicious sauce.
