Clubhouse - Aberlady

I went to the golf club for dinner on Friday evening, and unfortunately, it wasn't great. However, Andrew is an incredible cook, and his food was delightful. Our waitress, Shelley, was also fantastic! She handled everything with a positive attitude and nothing seemed to bother her. I would definitely recommend the golf club to everyone.

We enjoyed a relaxing evening, and the food was amazing. We even got a little taste of the cheesecake, which has us looking forward to our next visit. I highly recommend this chef—it's a fantastic place!

Didn't play the course, but it looked good even for early March, and it was busy. The clubhouse, rebuilt 9 years ago I think, is excellent with all the facilities you need. We stayed in one of the ten rooms which were very reasonably priced at £72 for B&B. Restaurant spacious, 3 separate areas, with good views over the course. Ample menu with well presented food and quality ingredients the King Prawns were so succulent one thing would be that whilst there were a couple of vegetarian dishes, options for going vegan would appear limited. Granted we didn't inquire after any. Staff excellent and couldn't do any more for us. Even offering to come in early to ensure our needs were met. Location is great, being not too far from Edinburgh, ideally placed on the Golf Coast just down the road from Gullane. Will hopefully return, and may even take my clubs with me next time.

My friends and I went out for dinner after work last night, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience. Our waitress, Shelley, was incredibly friendly and attentive—nothing was too much trouble for her. We all enjoyed a wonderful meal, more than we could possibly finish, and the desserts were absolutely irresistible. We will definitely be returning! A special thanks to the chef who took the time to come out and chat with us. I give this place a wholehearted 5-star rating!
