The owner and baker of this amazing establishment has celiac disease, which means they are dedicated to preparing high-quality and delicious food that is carefully and safely made for those with gluten sensitivities.

All fillings were gluten-free, and there were gluten-free options available, including bagels and focaccia. Additionally, all cakes were also gluten-free. Everything was heated on a separate tray to prevent cross-contamination.

Gf bagels and paninis with great fillings like pastrami made fresh. All the cakes are gf with millionaires, flapjacks, cakes, etc Lovely super friendly lady at the till

We went to piece yesterday as our little one has dairy and wheat allergies. The staff(possibly the owner? We're extremely helpful, and knowledgeable about ingredients, very much appreciated, most of the time we get a lot of "I don't knows" or very limited options. Highly recommend piece! X
