Lochter - Aberdeenshire

This is the best carvery in Aberdeenshire. The service is excellent and the staff are friendly. The food is of outstanding quality. It is our preferred spot for a Sunday carvery. You will not be let down.

I visited this restaurant for the third time with my kids, and we tried some more of the activities. I highly recommend it - we had a great time, lots of laughs, and all of the staff were super nice. We will definitely be back. Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to eat in the cafe, but I would recommend booking ahead as I've heard they serve lovely food. When we tried to eat there, it was fully booked.

My family and I recently visited Lochter for Sunday Carvery Lunch with our grandchildren. There were plenty of activities for both children and adults, such as a fishing pond. This place is definitely worth a visit for the entertainment and delicious food.

Been coming here for years and never reviewed, love this place. Been shooting, fishing, go karting. lunch with friends and lunch with family. Nice place will continue to come here.

We arranged a much overdue meet up with Friends and they suggested lunch at the Tocher. A great suggestion. The restaurant is part of a larger activity centre located on the outskirts of Oldmeldrum. This is a very busy restaurant and offers a good range of lunches, soup and sandwich combos. Prices were reasonable, service, although a bit on the slow side, was friendly and most importantly our party of four thoroughly enjoyed our lunch.
