Brew Dog Tap - Aberdeenshire

We had a reservation to celebrate a birthday, and when we arrived, our server Cat greeted us warmly and took the time to wish me a Happy Birthday and ask about my day. I must say, Cat's enthusiasm and service were outstanding – she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. Despite the restaurant being busy, Cat kept us informed about the wait time for our food (which was not long). There were six of us, and every meal was delicious and well-prepared. The other staff members were also very helpful and hardworking throughout our visit. The food was excellent, and the staff were truly amazing.

We visited this restaurant for lunch and received a friendly welcome. We had pre-booked for 7 people and 3 dogs and were shown to our table. Despite it being quiet, the atmosphere was pleasant. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even providing two dog bowls. The food was delicious and served promptly. It was good value for money and a great quirky place to visit. Unfortunately, the museum and tours were closed on the day we visited. However, it was nice to be able to purchase a variety of beers to take away. There is a play park outside around the corner, although there is no door near the play park that leads into the tap room. Overall, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

I went to the restaurant on a Wednesday for their wing special and found the wings to be plentiful and delicious. I was able to enjoy 15 out of 20 wings (apparently the record is 45!). Our server, Kat, was friendly, attentive, and enthusiastic. I will definitely be back again.

Four of us ate here on Tuesday to celebrate my wife's birthday. The food was very pub like which is to be expected of a brewery. Quite expensive for what it is but a haven for beer drinkers. Restaurant is on two levels with a games area and a place where you can watch what goes on in the factory. Very young and enthusiastic staff and an an amazing choice of drinks. Not the place for a romantic evening but a visit that you will not forget in a hurry. Not been anywhere else quite like it.

Maybe we were unfortunate but when we went the customer experience was poor and the table service dire. It wasn’t even that full. The chicken is very tasty but the menu has not changed in at least a year and needs a revamp.
