We order every week , the amount of money we have gave them and the driver for delivery (only to be called a liar after I phoned them to say they had forgotten the popadoms I tried to phone to tell them was 10.35pm no answer so I phoned next night the manager said I was a liar I hadn't even ordered and put the phone down on me. I’ve never been so angry, I wanted to march down to prove I had ordered by showing on my phone but was late and I have my daughter Their getting no more money from me won’t be going back chips are disgusting aswell never cooked

Will never go back after tonight!!!! I have ordered from this Aisha for years and always loved it, every satuardy or at least once a fortnight (if not a Chinese Always got it delivered , but tonight on this rare occasion I went in and ordered collection instead, so ordered my usual chicken masala, I paid my £18 (LETTING THEM KEEP CHANGE AGAIN I sat down to wait and noticed the kitchen was to my right I watched as I could see the chef (who looked like he hadn 't been for a shower in a week or more , and was all sweaty and dirty clothes , the APRIN had all these stains on it and was disgusting , HE was disgusting , cooking away I noticed the floor was not nice to say the least (like it hadn 't been moped in months and for was just left on the counter like lettuce, tomatoes, onions was on the counter didn 't exactly look fresh, not in boxes like I thought they were, THEN WHEN A BIT OF CHICKEN FELL ON THE FLOOR and the chef picked it up with his dirty hands and put it back into the wok thing he was cooking in , I couldn 't believe he had just done that The smell of Indian and sweat (B came of the 'manager when I pointed out to him what I had seen as was I helleating anything from there, he said I was drunk and I would not be allowed a refund as it was ready , The thought of the chefs hands touching my food that was not made with fresh ingredients I asked him if I could take a pic of the kitchen taking out my phone, To cut a long story I got my money back after going on about the kitchen as customers came in I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THEIR AND I WISH I SECRETLY TOOK A PICTURE OF THE KITCHEN, JUST TO SHOW CUSTOMERS THEY WERE NOT AS CLEAN AND FOOD WAS NOT HYIGNEIC THAT NIGHT !!! I recently googled the place and found out there were shut down and fined only last year for poor hygine

I've been a customer since they opened some 25 years ago NEVER HAD A BAD MEAL ,,,that takes a bit of doing

So ordered a home delivery at 6pm, told wait time around 30 mins, some 2 hours later still waiting Phoned at 7pm told Order en route, at 7.45 told same story again, told whoever answered the phone this only to have phone put down on me, never again

All down to the food brilliant every time, since they opened around 15 years ago, don't be fooled by the decor this is a top quality place.
