I had a simple order: Chicken sandwich meal. Cost me 9 dollars so it was good and cheap. The problem lies with how long it takes to get the meal. I waited 20 minutes to get my order and other people who ordered similar things after me got their order before I did. When I finally got it, my fried were cold and the sandwich was messy. Whenever I go to this one in particular, I find they're always slow. There's 4 people on staff but none of them work as fast as they should be. It's fast food for a reason- IF I wanted to wait for food, I'd go to an actual restaurant.
