KFC - Abbotsford

I decided to give KFC another chance, but was disappointed to find that the chicken was very dry. The fries and gravy were just okay.

I don't understand why the KFC locations in Abbotsford are unable to properly follow the recipe of the 11 herbs and spices. As a franchise, the food should be consistent no matter which KFC you visit. However, I highly recommend the KFC in Aldergrove, as the staff are friendly and accommodating, and their food tastes delicious with the right flavors. I suggest avoiding the KFC in Abbotsford at all costs.

I enjoyed my plant-based sandwich at this restaurant, but the employees seemed very unhappy to be working there. While I understand that working at a drive-thru may not be the most enjoyable job, the staff could have been more pleasant. In terms of vegetarian options, they offer fries and the plant-based sandwich.

I thought their chicken was dry and tasteless, even with the gravy. Nothing good to say about the service either.

I went through the drive through today and was told that I had to wait ten minutes for my food, I told the service worker that I will park and that they can bring it to my car (I parked right in front of the place so that they could see me through the drive through window). When they handed me the food they told me “next time drive around when we tell you to or come inside,” um… what!? What is the point of a drive through then! So you want me to go drive around again and wait behind a bunch of cars again? At every drive through that I’ve been to never have I had to go inside after ordering from my car, they bring it to you, again then what is the point of a drive through. Also when ordering employees seemed confused, and over all the customer service is awful, I would recommend that employees receive customer service training and actually put that into effect.
