Do not drink an hour! waiter easy hone, barkeeper inept wait an hour for the service. appetizer and dinner together came cold 1 1/2 hour later. terrible service, only the worst I have ever experienced!

The service was good and the food was delicious.........until we were getting ready to go to our movie after dinner and wanted to order one more drink to head in with and pay our bill but our server was no where around. We found another server and found out that there were some issues going on with the billing system and our server was dealing with them. We now only had 5 minutes until our showtime. The manager came over and said he would comp one of our meals and get our drinks and bill brought to us in the theatre. He then came and found us and gave us complimentary passes and popcorn to any movie another time. Nice to see them go that extra mile to keep customers happy.

In order to reach this area to comment on my experience I was forced to use the ratings at the start. No stars would have been more appropriate since we did not dine here. We arrived for our 5:30 reservation which was made through this OpenTable app to find the doors to the theatre locked. A few employees were waiting at the door and were surprised that we had a reservation since the entire theatre including the dining area did not open until 6:15. Our movie started at 6:30!!! I would appreciate an explanation as to why I was allowed to make a 5:30 reservation through the OpenTable app if the dining is not available at that time. Needless to say our evening was spoiled and we had to seek out another restaurant for our meal. We will not be choosing to dine at the Cineplex in the future.

We loved the VIP experience! The lounge had great staff who welcomed us with free dessert as it was our first time visiting. We decided to order once in the theatre, but the server said that he would offer dessert if it wasn't too busy? He never returned to offer us dessert. We had to pre pay, so we had to tip ahead of time not cool bad food or service usually means small tip! It took 40 minutes for our burgers and the fries were cold. I had a coconut/ lime margarita in the lounge that was very sweet and by the time the food came I felt sick and could not eat my burger. I LOVE the idea of eating in the theatre, but as we could not connect with any staff, sadly, I would never do it again.

Slow service, only one server works the entire lounge. was not explained how the VIP experience worked. over price and eat. Eating was moderate and cost ridiculous for food I could make home better.
