Papa Noni's Abbeyleix

Fantastic Italian restaurant, the outside hides a pure gem! Efficient service, great value and faultless dishes!! Pasta and pizza were out of this world. Well worth pulling off motorway and satisfying your appetite at this excellent restaurant

We went for a family birthday. Every dish was gorgeous, really tasty and fresh. The dessert was fab, will be coming back asap!

Lovely lunch in Abbeyleix. We stopped en route from cork to Dublin and were very pleasantly surprised by the lovely outdoor seating area. The food was great with loads of choice and the service was excellent. A great find!

We were on an Airbnb holiday so most of our dinners were home cooked. Because we had a special occasion at the weekend we decided to see if we could find a restaurant with outdoor dining (Covid restrictions in place) and hey presto, we discovered this gem just a 10 minute drive away. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and we were really happy to be able to sit under a sheltered area where the rain didn't bother us. The menu was very varied and the portions were enormous! Food was hot and tasty and every plate we saw passing by to other tables looked just as good as our own. We were so impressed that we returned again for our last evening on holiday. The return visit was just as good and we would certainly recommend Papa Noni's to anyone looking for a nice restaurant in Abbeyleix.

I am always impressed by the food and the service with a smile, makes all the difference. Their pizza speciale and pistachio ice-cream are a must try ! You can dine in or take out , I take out due to current climate!
